Process for Custom Orders

  1. We provide an initial 1 hour free and no obligation consult. We will walk you through the occasion/event design, your budget. Free ring sizing.
  2. Then based on what I learn about your style I will suggest 2-5 designs, after this we narrow down to your liking and create a computer aided design also know as CAD. This CAD is very specific to measurements, gold weight, diamond weight.
  3. Once the CAD is approved (2-3 changes ok), we need a 50% deposit and we put the order into production.
  4. The end-to-end process for custom orders is about 6 weeks. We ship Canada-wide and can ship internationally as well.
